Oak Floral Cottage 69 First Avenue Simcity 0000 Living; Outdoor Dining; Kitchen; 1 Bedroom; 1 & 1/2 Bathrooms
N.B. The layout of the garden causes the Newspaper Girl to find terrain that is not covered with groundcover, so you will usually find the newspapers in the backyard near one of the ponds. I thought this was quite cute, so I left it that way.
