A townhouse built in accordance with the Building Act of 1774 (English).

Saloon; Book room; Dining room; 4 Bedrooms; Nursery; 2.5 Bathrooms; Kitchen; Wine cellar.

From this house onwards I have decided not to have a download of the furnished house. A couple of reasons for this -
a) even with compression the files were getting way to large, and b) a lot of object creators don't like their objects being redistributed (which is fair enough, but a bit of a nightmare to keep track of for Sims 2 lot makers!).

Instead I will provide images of the furnished rooms and links to the sites where I got the items, so that you can download them and decorate the houses in the same style if you wish.

The house contains some custom files, so credit and thanks to the following people and sites:
