This house is loosely based on the Medieval Merchant's House in Southhampton,
England, which was built in 1290 for the wealthy merchant, John Fortin.
Because the front part of these houses were often shops or workshops my
furnished version of this house is set up for Open for Business - the
Sim in this house is a toymaker! (He also sells a few candles and decorative
items.) In the furnished version I have also added a washroom and a nursery
- my Sims tend to be practical.

Faythe is the first member of the family to congratulate Verity when she achieves the miraculous achievement of becoming Town Mayor.
Tragedy strikes the family when Idiote passes away at the age of 75...
...and Nowaye has an immediate breakdown...
...and suffers severe hallucinations.
Nowayes strange behaviour continues... whilst Faythe wonders what it would be like to have normal grandparents.
Not even a shower
of rain will keep Faythe from her favourite pastime of shopping.
Her preferred method of payment is shoplifting, and Faythe hopes that
one day she will lead her very own gang of bandits.
