In order to achieve better compression sizes for my Sims 2 houses I have converted to using Rar files. To unzip these files you will need WinRAR, which can be found here (Mac users can use Stuffit).

All Sims 2 Lots are scanned and cleaned with the Sims2Pack Clean Installer and then re-tested.

Although I list the Stuff Packs and Expansion Packs I had installed when I made the lot you don't necessarily have to have those packs to install and use the house.
